Mission:
"To empower individuals, children and families to thrive by providing compassionate and effective therapy services that nurture growth, resilience, and well-being."

Child Therapy

At Nurturing Nature, we believe your child deserves to be heard, connected and empowered. We believe in partnering with caregivers, teachers and other professionals to ensure your child receives personalized treatment to meet the needs of the child that is reinforced in all settings.
We offer a safe and supportive space for children, adolescents, young adults, and parents to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Our individual psychotherapy sessions are tailored to help each client develop the skills they need to thrive.

Parenting Support
At Nurturing Nature, we believe that nature needs to be nurtured in order to THRIVE, not simply survive..Do you find yourself repeating patterns in your parenting that just do not seem to work? Each day is just about surviving through the day or even moment, and it does not seem to be improving? We can help by teaching brain-based techniques to manage big emotions and gain practical applications to learn and teach your child or teen to THRIVE in life.

Adolescent Therapy
At Nurturing Nature, we understand that growing up in today's ever changing world can be difficult and overwhelming for many teens. Many teens feel alone in their present circumstances leaving parents at a loss of how to help their teen.
Individual
Therapy

Adulting is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change.

Groups
At Nurturing Nature, we offer a variety of group therapy sessions at different times of the year designed to provide support and specific skills to those who need it most. From children with anxiety, anger, and lack of social skills to parents of children with the same, our groups are a safe and welcoming space to share and grow with others who can relate.
Getting Help
At Nurturing Nature, we understand that seeking help can be a difficult decision. We want to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. If you're interested in learning more about our services or scheduling a session, please don't hesitate to contact us.
